CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing. Please, send cancellation requests to danijela@conventuscredo.hr
You may receive a refund for your conference registration (less a 10% administrative fee) for written cancellations received by Conventus Credo on or before December 31, 2019.
Written notices of cancellation received from January 1 through January 31, 2020 will receive a partial refund (registration less a 25% administrative fee).
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after February 1, 2020, other than verifiable cancellations reviewed and approved by the Organizing Committee.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another person. The replacement/change will be assessed a 100 HRK processing fee. Replacements/changes will be considered until February 28, 2020.
There will be no refunds for registrants who do not show up for the conference.
